Return Eligibility
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand issues can happen. If you receive a defective item or the wrong item due to our error, we're here to help. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request assistance. Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Email strappop.orders@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What Is Not Eligible for Return
Change of mind, incorrect crown-position (Lépine/Savonnette) selection, dissatisfaction with fit or color, delayed shipping, or failure to review product descriptions before ordering. Build Your Own and all sale/promotional items are final sale.
Return Conditions (If Approved)
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition. Any item showing signs of wear, use, or alteration may be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
Not covered by StrapPop. Customers arrange and pay for return shipping — use a trackable method, as we're not responsible for lost return shipments. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days; banks may take additional time to reflect it. You'll get an email confirmation once processed.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to decline returns or restrict future purchases in cases of policy abuse, excessive disputes, or chargebacks.
