Processing Time
All orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, only on business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders of $150 CAD or more. Orders under $150 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated, not guaranteed, once your order leaves our hands and enters the carrier's network.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival. These are not included in your order total and are outside StrapPop's control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at strappop.orders@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
